Neil joined Young Jones Hair & Co, one of the predecessor firms, as a qualified solicitor in 1975, having served articles in the City for 5 years previously.  He became a partner in that firm in 1983.  He has always specialised in tax and related trust/investment law for private clients and continues to do so to this day.
