Andy is a Licensed Conveyancer.  He joined the firm in 1987.  In those days the firm was instructed by the staff branches of several of the High Street banks (before they moved out of town) and Andy started his career with the firm acting mainly for first time buyers and others employed by the banks.  Many of them have remained loyal clients for whom he has acted time and again as they move "upwards and onwards" - in some instances he has also acted for their children!

He is also experienced in acting for foreign clients in the purchase of residential property in England and enjoys guiding them through what they consider to be something of a minefield.

Andy is very happy to discuss with any prospective client the procedures for buying and selling property and to provide an estimate of the cost which will be involved.
